Final BOXTOPS contest of the year! Ends May 31st

Last 2012-2013 Redemption Program Contest! Now – May 31st 
Clean out your drawers and cabinets before summer!

Students should bring in Box Tops, Labels for Education, Coke codes, Tyson Labels, Land O’Lakes milk caps, ink cartridges and old cell phones for the last contest. We will be collecting items for the contest through Friday, May 31st.

Lower School: Students should bring items to class and deposit them in the in-class basket.

Upper School: Please deposit items in the collection bins by the front office. Write the student’s name and their Advisor’s name on the bag (or a piece of paper inside the bag), and the points will be credited to your Advisory group.

There are a lot of Box Tops that are expiring in June, so this is a GREAT chance to get points for them! If they expire…they don’t count toward the class total & we will not get any money for them.

The prize for this last contest will be frozen treats for the winning classes!! There will be one winning Advisory group for the Upper School and one classroom that wins for the Lower School. There needs to be a minimum collection of 200 points (redemption items) from the winning class.

Parents: If you are interested in helping count redemption items, please come this Friday, May 10th between 8-10am in the cafeteria. Please bring a pair of scissors and a pen! We would love to have you.

PTO Meeting – June 13th 6pm at ERA – summary of PTO year!!!!! Over $29,000 raised!

We hope you can join us for the final PTO meeting of the 2012-2013 school year!

The outgoing PTO board would like to thank all ERA parents, students, staff, and administration for a wonderful year.  With your help, the PTO raised just over $29,000 for the year!  We were able to accomplish many things to help build community and support our wonderful teachers & students.  Sincerely,

  • 2013 GALA (February) – raised over $9,300 for ERA’s Science departments

  • AirMaxx events (March) – raised nearly $800 for PTO general funds
  • Box Tops and Other Redemption Programs – raised over $2,700 for PTO general funds

ERA run businesses – help ERA and gain advertising!

Dear Eagle Ridge Academy Parents,

We are excited to introduce to you, our very own Eagle Ridge Academy Fold ‘N Go Program in celebration of Summer! This Fold ‘N Go will highlight our school information, dates and information specific to Eagle Ridge Academy. It will also contain offers and messages from local advertisers, as well as advertisers from our own school community.

This Fold ‘N Go will present local businesses with great opportunities throughout the summer.  Here is where you as an Eagle Ridge Academy Parent come in…We are giving our parents priority ad placement on the Fold ‘N Go.  If you have a business or work for a company that would like to be a part of helping our school fund many of our current and future programs, then this is the place for your advertising message.

If you or anyone you know would like to place an ad in the Eagle Ridge Academy 2013  Summer Fold ‘N Go that will be distributed for free to every parent, teacher and child in our school, please email Jodi Rankin atjodi@fun2raise.com  or you may reach her directly at 763-442-1272.  She will walk you through the process and help you choose a message or an offer that will generate business for you and money for our school.

Usborne Book Fair Results

The Usborne Book Fair raised over $1,600 in books for our ERA teachers.  All teachers who filled out a wish list had their entire list filled!  IN addition, svereal other reference books were purchased.  Thank you for your support!

ERA GALA results

Final fundraising from GALA efforts are just over $9,300! WAY TO GO ERA!! Thanks to the entire ERA community especially teachers, admin, parents, attendees, those who bid on items, and those who contributed items.  It was a special evevning.

Thanks to everyone’s efforts our science departments will have some really great items for next year.
